W artykule analizuje się rozwój edukacji artystycznej w obrębie noosferogenezy. Uzasadniono znaczenie orientacji noosferycznej całego systemu edukacji artystycznej polegającej na formowaniu świadomości opartej na wiedzy noosferycznej i światopoglądzie noosferycznym. Osiągnięcie integracji edukacji artystycznej ze współczesnym globalnym światem informacyjnym wymaga włą- czenia przyszłych nauczycieli dyscyplin artystycznych w metasystem działalności artystyczno-pedagogicznej, który mimo swej dynamiczności posiada pewną strukturę i organizację, pozwala orientować się w procesie samorozwoju, dodając mu własne ukierunkowanie.

This article analyses the design, implementation, and evaluation of a nation-wide project to create a common digital solution for university teaching staff’s pedagogical training in Finland. During three years, eight universities collaborated in developing an online learning platform called UNIPS, the University Pedagogical Support system. The areas to develop were A) a learning platform based on technical design principles, B) pedagogical principles, and C) broadening the scope of offered studies. The results have been promising. How does university teachers’ pedagogical training meet topical challenges raised by educational research? A case study from Finland

Through a literature review, this study identified research themes related to university pedagogy and examined how these themes appear in the curricula of university pedagogy courses and in the experiences of the participants and trainers of these courses at a Finnish research university. The literature review produced a multidimensional model of the relationships between identified themes, which can be used as an analytical tool for examining pedagogical training. Analysis of the courses revealed a need to broaden the understanding of the course contents and practices and their alignment to global, societal, and labour-market needs. peerReviewed

W artykule rozpatruje się problem humanizacji i kształcenia nauczycieli, przedstawia się rolę praktycznego szkolenia w przygotowaniu profesjonalnych specjalistów podczas całego uniwersyteckiego procesu edukacyjnego. Ukazano priorytet strategii edukacyjnych w współczesnych warunkach rozwoju społeczeństwa, promujących profesjonalną gotowość studentów, rozumienia własnej indywidualności, tworzenia własnej koncepcji pedagogicznej.
